I purchased a used Vehicle from them in October 2021 and here it is March 14, 2022 and they still have not paid off my previous loan, which they have received $ for. I now have a negative **** on my credit report due to a late payment in November which they were responsible for. When I first asked about the payoff, I was sent a Fed Ex label, only to find out that the payoff was never received by previous dealership, nor ever sent, so I can only guess it was a fake label or never sent. I continue to get the run around that it is always someone else that is causing the delay in my payoff and even though they are making the monthly payments, I still have to call to remind them they are due, which I have NO time for and should not have to do! They currently have my trade in vehicle on their lot for sale, not sure how you sell a vehicle without a title, but they are. ******* will not take any of my calls and continues to send me text messages instead saying that he will have documents to me "once he is in the office" which I never receive. Excuse after excuse with him. When I call, he is not in the office and again, excuses. I have filed a claim with the ************************ and I am about to file a lawsuit with Gwinnett County Courts. Even though ******* was very nice and helpful when selling me my vehicle of course, now I regret doing business with them. WATCH OUT!
