Great experience with Mr. Rollings this morning. The professionalism that exceeds my expectations will be doing business in the near future. This company is very reputable and stands behind their work and their word. In an older home things don't always go exactly as planned. However, the company worked tirelessly to make sure the product they sold to me was eventually delivered. Chris was outstanding. He came in professional, with all items he needed to educate me of the windows sold by his company. He explained and answered all questions I asked. December 4, 2023, Southern Industrial Home Improvements was supposed to turn my bathtub into a walk-in shower and replace the sliding glass door in my den. I have no complaints on the sliding glass door. Based on the pictures that were drawn up as to what the shower would look like, I was to have two shelves and only one was put in. The worse part of the bathroom was a wall that has a hole in it. The two employees that did the work, cut a piece of sheet rock from the wall and put a piece in that did not fit, flush in the wall. They left a gap/hole in my wall that is not a part of the shower. All of this was left during the Christmas holidays and still is not fixed. Another employee has come to analyze what it would take to fix it. I’ve been told it would take approximately 3 weeks until he comes back to fix my wall. I’m very disappointed in how the wall of my bathroom looks. The remodeling of the bathroom is rather expensive for a person on a fixed income. I have not started making payments, however the amount charged, does not match the quality of the work done in the bathroom. I’m still looking at a gap in the wall, January 19, 2024.Review from Julie C
