Deposit for window paid on 10/20/2020 (last year) in the amount of $472.50. Delays were expected due to Covid and supply shortages. In January, 2021, they confirmed the windows was ordered and they'd advise when the new window arrived and to schedule installation. Multiple follow-*** with them went unresponded to, beginning in November their phone # is now disconnected.The invoices that were emailed to me electronically are now "deleted" in their Intuit invoicing system and not available online, but i have a history of email trail with them and my charge receipt for it. Please let me know what is needed - or if you can provide any information on the status of this company or how to resolve.I worked with them previously and had paid them several times for various jobs and never had these issues.Is there a way you can tell us if they are still in business - and/or any recourse to get a refund on the deposit that was paid ?
