Brooks Crossing Apartments is the worse property management company. Since the date of my move in 7/2022 till my move out in 7/2023 it was the worse experience. From the horrible stay of my apartment with roaches, trash, mold, leaks, dirty vents, and untreated windows and doors. Till now here I am again today going through another horrible experience with this company trying to get my security deposit back. I have been given the run around about getting my money back and have left numerous voicemails and emails trying to get information on where the money that is owed to me is. This company always refuses to send emails back no matter what even if you request one. I want a response and I want my money.Initial Complaint

Brooks Crossing Apartment Homes complex is responsible for ongoing trash and debris in and around the complex including areas on ****** Road. The management at *********** needs to ensure appropriate trash dumpsters are available and pickup is done at appropriate intervals as to avoid overflows. Additionally, when residents of the apartment drops bags of trash on ****** Road near the ******************* should ensure these trash bags are collected in a timely manner to avoid spills in the streets and sidewalks near the complex. There is legacy trash around the complex that needs to be collected and properly disposed.
