  Date transaction began 7/26/2022. Paid $20,850 for a deluxe inground poolkit. Dig date 7/26/22 - from the initial dig it was not done as to what we agreed on. I question him as you will see in the attachment. Bottom line is we paid a total of $31,850 for a pool that has a leak at which is believed to be in the plumbing which means the concrete has to come up!! The concrete has already cracked and it was installed on 09/06/22. Prior to the build we told him we didn't want any large mounds or embankments....we have 3 large embankments and don't place where water will run towards our basement or garage and it does. Also asked him to stay away from the septic tank well it's buried under one of the large mounds. And apparentlyt he should have gotten a building permit and we never seen one so odds are good when the building commissioner comes out we will have to install a new septic system which is around $10,000 - $12,000. All our equipment is basic and not the deluxe package as what we paid for. This guy and his foreman are Con artist and everything typed out in the attachment is from text messages. I also have pictures to provide if need be. We are already out thousands of dollars just trying to fix his mistakes and I really hate for anyone else to be taken advantage of by him (Rickey R*******). The only reason we used him was by recommendation as they had worked with him but apparently not on a pool build. This build has caused me to seek a doctor's care and my husband is now on blood pressure medicine. Being the job was not completed and especially not to our satisfactory and basically, we are having to start over he should refund all that was paid to him! I'm not one to sue people but if he doesn't do the right thing, he could be paying out more.
