- 1/6/2022 - had a call with ********************* from Ranney Blair to have them come out to provide a quote. At that time, I informed that it would cost $175 for them to come out and provide a quote. I agreed. Scheduled a date for 1/21/2022 and paid the fee. - 1/21/2022 - ********************* from Ranney Blair came out and looked, took some measurements, we had a quick chat and he left. He stated that he would get with me early the week after. This would be the week of 1/24/2022. - 1/27/2022 - I didn't hear anything, I emailed ****** about an update. - 1/28/2022 - ****** emails me back and states that he is working to get me the estimate that day (1/28/2022). Nothing - 2/4/2022 - I emailed ****** another follow up. Nothing - 2/8/2022 - I emailed ****** again. Another follow up and I stated to him not to worry about the quote, but to refund my money. Nothing as of writing this.Business response

We understand there were some communication issues and promises not met. We take these very seriously and have implemented some new procedures to ensure this is avoided in the future. As a company and people we operate with the mentality of doing the right thing. Certainly refunding your Home Visit fee was and is the right thing and we apologize for not holding up our end of the bargain.

The results are satisfactory but I have not yet receive a confirmation from my credit card that the dispute is complete.
Id hate to close the case without this piece being resolved. Ill call them to verify the completion but I have not from them.
