On Sun, Oct 23 2022, I purchased two tickets to the 2023 Camden Father Daughter Dance. Around 29 Jan 2023 I noticed that the dance was not on the date I planned for (5 Feb). The dance date on the email confirmation I received has 05 Feb. I was committed to an event at work for the 2023 dance’s actual date of 4 Feb. Upon noticing the difference in dates, I contacted the Point of Contact on the website via the “contact” option and requested a refund. I received an email back agreeing to a refund (email chain attached) on 31 Jan 2023. I followed up two weeks later on 14 Feb 2023 asking for a status on the refund and did not receive a reply. I called the phone number on the website on 14 Mar 2023 twice and was not able to reach anyone. I left a voicemail after the second call and have not been contacted back. I am requesting a refund as agreed to. I believe the difference in dates was that the website had not been updated for 2023 dance date and I was looking at the 2022 date.
