              I own a 2014 Mercedes Benz c250 which I had towed to the ***************** Mercedes dealer for repair on may28,2024. My vehicle is still sitting at the dealership due the fact the part needed to repair my is no longer made by Mercedes Benz in *******. My vehicle has only ****** miles on it can't be repaired so Mercedes Benz in *******, ******* was contacted by me me,and they informed me they will not do a buy back or refund. However they told me the dealer would buy the vehicle from me for $2,000.00 dollar. I feel this is an unreasonable amount due to the fact that the vehicle is excellent condition and that the amount offered is not even close to the fair market value of my vehicle. Thank you very much for any and all your assistance. The complaint number I filed with Mercedes Benz is ********.

              ******** from the executive referral team has completely dropped the ball and provided me with the worst customer service experience. I have never thought a company like this would operate in this manner. I have sent multiple emails that have been ignored and I cannot reach him on the phone. The whole department ignores emails and they have lost a 10 year + customer of the higher end cars. I had a terrible experience where the dealership totaled my car and he was supposed to assist me in resolving this and he left me high and dry. I will never buy another Mercedes based on this experience.
