Refer Order ******. . I paid ***** for 2 day Delivery. It took Six Days to get ********** was ordered for A Wedding. Had to purchase some moreHair. Requested a Return Label to Return Hair. I ordered a Bundle Received a half Bundle. Stated 15 Day Return policy.Received Hair 8/17/2023. Requested Label 8/18/2023. Requested Refund Plus Express Fee. Hair was Horrible. This company is very unprofessional and does not care about the customers they serve! I hate that I patronize this business because if I knew what I knew now I wouldnt have! This company doesnt respond to customer complaints also lack communication skills. I dont know how they are still in business!! If youre reading this spend your money elsewhere because they wouldnt appreciate your business!Review from Dasha P

Let me start off by saying this is not the same quality hair that I ordered 5 years ago. This hair is not reusable. It looks like synthetic hair. The texture is waaaay off. It's is stiff and falling like a syntheitic weave dipped in hot water. I have tried blow drying the hair, Flat ironing, and the only way I can wear these 20 inch bundles is in 2 braids on the side. It's definitely a blended hair. I am so embarrassed when I go out and it starts to just frizz up the only time the hair looks good is when it is washed, but when it drys it is a complete disaster. I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR WITH True Glory. This may be why they are doing all these 40-50% off doscaout deals lately. I have graduation coming up and I thought maybe I would be able to straighten the hair and it would be nice and flat under my graduation cap but now I'm seeing it's going to tangle and frizz. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. Now I have to find an alternative for graduation in a few weeks ????????Review from ALEXANDRIA C

I have reached out to True glory numerous times to no avail. I ordered my hair for my birthday and did not get it in time. Costing me more because I had to get my hair done in another style. I have a tracking number that does not work, and The phone number for them is missing a number. I reached out to the via email and still no response. I plan on leaving a review in every forum that lets me, including, fb i.g and any other public platform. The quality of the hair has declined over the years. I can longer recommend this company or hair. I also notice the the claim feature is very new making me believe they anticipate future delays. Tracking work, I will be spreading awareness against this company. If there is shipping protection but not one person to speak with or address the concerns. This is and will be labeled as a scam business. I have lost all faith in UNTRUTHFUL GLORY.Review from Erma H

I placed an ordered on August 30 and paid to have it shipped in one day. I didnt receive the hair after I paid the price to have it shipped in one day. I tried calling and emailing and got no one. I received a email saying they didnt have the hair. I sent a message telling them to cancel the order. They sent it two days later, after telling the hair wasnt in. The hair I ordered was premium hair and it was awful. I tried emailing the company to get more hair and no response. I have been buying hair from this company every 3 months for 7 years. Quality has declined. This hair is trash. It sheds, tangles, and is matted within 2 weeks. Their customer service is even worse bc they respond with the same statement regardless of what the situation is.Review from Dana M

Terrible hair. Had to remove it in a week due to EXTREME shedding and matting after a week. No response from the company.
