2/28/2023 at 8:45 pm., I visited US Cafe. The rude and disrespectful cashier wouldn't wait on me. I walked in and he, who claims his name is *******, was horrible. I told him I was ready to place my order. He ignored me and walked away. He started bagging orders from the shelf on the opposite side of the counter. I had to walk to the other side, where he was bagging orders and asked him if he was going to wait on me and take my order. He said that he was the only one there and had to bag the orders. He never waited on me. I told him he was very rude. Then I walked out. About 5 minutes later, after I left the restaurant and was outside, I called US Cafe. He, the cashier, immediately put me on hold. What he didn't know was that I could see him standing at the counter doing absolutely nothing. About 5 minutes later, he picked up the phone. I asked to speak with the Manager. He said the Manager wasn't in. I asked who was in charge and he said that he, the cashier, was in charge. I have been coming to this restaurant for nearly 8 years. Things have taken a turn for the worse. They can't even cook fries without burning them, or you can't eat them, because they've been re-cooked and are hard as a rock. They remake the order and it's still not right.The chicken wings look like they've been re-cooked in the cooking oil, because they are like splinters. This type of business, operating in this poor manner, and serving unsafe food, should not be allowed to operate in Smyrna nor anywhere else.Business response

We appreciate the guest reaching out to us and apprising us of the the experience with us. We have spoken fi the team member and also the guest regarding this issue. We spoke to the guest the following day and consider this matter resolved.
