First visit to **** I only knew I had a fractured sternum. My first visit was with an orthopedic, *********************, whom I believed was a doctor. He set me up to see the chiropractor and PT. After the first PT visit, which lasted 10mins I then saw the chiropractor. The second visit I told the chiropractor that my back was now numb so she ordered an ***. I do the **** and they have me continue with PT and chiropractic. The next visit is a different chiropractor and he wants me to lay flat on my stomach and do some adjustments. I tell him no, thank God that I do, because it hurts my sternum to lay on my stomach. The *** ends up showing that I have a fractured T1 and T2 with 4 herniated discs, and possibly fractured C5 or at least this is what they say. He could've paralyzed me!!My next appointment is with ********************* again and he tells me about the *** that there's nothing that can be done for the fractures and that the herniated discs are lifelong. He then sends me for a ** scan to find out if my C5 is fractured. I do the ** scan and when I see him again for the results he says that it is not fractured but I do have a herniated disk in my neck and I should get a steroid shot. All this makes me feel really uncomfortable and doesn't feel right. I began thinking, which is so hard because I am in so much pain and he won't prescribe me anything more than codeine and the lightest muscle relaxer. I end up reviewing all the paperwork that I do have and online and realize that ********************* IS NOT EVEN A DO**OR! He is a Physician Assistant. I don't even know who he is an assistant to. I have never seen any other doctor at this facility! My problem is I have a fractured spine in 2 places and at this point, I really need to be seen by a real doctor and a specialist. He misrepresented himself to me as a doctor first of all and second of all he should have referred me to a specialist once he knew my spine was fractured.

I started treatment and therapy for an accident occurred December of 2022. My treatment at AICA started in January of 2023 and it ended April of 2023. I was told everything was sent over to my lawyer and job as far as my injuries and treatments. Its now August of 2023 my job is just now receiving my results and it shows I was improperly examined . My injuries show that I can return to work 100% but in reality thats not the case . My doctor ***** respect me enough to fully explain my injuries and how this could affect my job . Im currently still out of work and Im not satisfied with AICA and would not recommend their services .

Do not use this place because my lawyer decided not to work with me because the other people didn't have insurance. I understand the doctors need to be paid but when I got the bill. I got a notice that they intended to file a lien against me not just the bill. I expected to get the bill. But not the bill with the intent to take me to court you haven't even given me the chance to pay the bill. Not only that I had another appointment they could have told me at the time of the appointment this is how much we need you to pay today. I got the bill with the notice they intend to *** me. Without giving me a bill first. If I can get this company zero Stars I would. The people there were nice but the way they do business is ridiculous. Then when I called the number to make a payment nobody picked up the phone. Through all my appointments they never provided a bill. Now they want to *** me for a bill I never received. I think that deserves a bill adjustment
