Company charged my Venmo card ****** in a 3month span. When I asked the supervisor by phone, I was told that they dont accept Venmo. I asked if they dont accept ***** how did they take all these payments of more than the monthly subscription.

Planet Fitness will never get another dime from me. I tried to cancel my membership that I purchased online and the assistant manager ******* would not allow me to cancel unless I wrote a letter to them and mailed it or I had to make a special trip to the location to cancel in person. Why would they allow me to sign up online but I need to cancel in person. *******'s dismissive attitude was unacceptable. Especially for a manager.

If I can give this place a zero star I would, I went here once before years ago but ended up having to cancel my membership due to finances and they were still continuing to take money out my account. I thought it had changed because what they advertise is that you can cancel your membership at anytime with no count to you but still continue to change me for a membership that I was no longer using so I had to call my bank to cancel the payments that they were taking out my account and it was cancelled but then planet fitness changes their name and adding **** in front of planet fitness to continue to charge my account. I dont know who own these businesses but they need to change what they are advertising, thats false advertisement. I will NEVER be returning here ever again!!!

NOT ALLOWING GUEST TO WALK IN AND CANCEL AT ANY LOCATION IS BULL. PLUS TAKING MONTHLY PAYMENTS AND STILL NOT ALLOWING GUEST TO ENTER THEIR FACILITY IS CRAZY!!!Planet fitness deceptive practices will have you furious!! They will allow folks to sign up online...anyone can sign up under your name and start an account. Theyll let you sign up anywhere online in the nation but when it comes to canceling or disputing charges, they switch on you and make it almost impossible to do so unless you go to the store that initiated your membership and or give them what they want. They charged my card every month and even upped the membership to a higher level account and when I tried to cancel they claimed I owed monies that I did not. I was not able to go into cancel because I was not living in the state they claimed I signed up at. I travel often and am barely in my home state because of that. So I said well let me try to go in and see what this gym was about since they are charging me but that didnt happen either. I showed them debits taken from my bank for the last 12 months ( including the current month) but they wouldnt allow me to even use their facility. I have had to dispute all charges from this company, block my cards and contact credit bureaus to clear up this matter because they were taking monies from me monthly but not allowing me to ever work out or cancel because they said there was a balance. How are you taking monies from me every month but not allowing me to use your facility? Crazy. This business can **** it. STAY AWAY FROM PLANET FITNESS
