      I recently brought a brand new house in ********** ** by Dr. ****** builder. I had contacted the builder that the heating system is not working and he came and took a look at it and said to put in a request thru Dr ****** which I did and nothing happened for 18hrs then I contacted the builder and was given a number where I left a Vm. So through the cold days I was with out heating system any my 2 little kids 7yr & 5yr are sick from the cold, and the company does not think this is emergency situations. This type of services from this company is unacceptable where is costing out life after we are paying for the house.

      We have had issues with our hvac system in our new build home since 2021 because of an install error that has caused other issues along the time period. We have spent money paying for repairs because of this issue also We found this issue out from another company that told us that the wrong size air unit was installed at the time of the build and that has caused our issues along the way. Once we identified this to t&m, we have got nothing but a run around, lack of communication and unprofessionalism. Its there mess up and all we want is for it to be fixed using the right components. We dont want anything patched or band aid up. Install new units with enough size to cover the square footage of our home to prevent any further problems.

      I would like to file a formal complaint against T&M **************************** regarding their unprofessional conduct and poor service quality. Despite multiple service calls for emergency HVAC issues following the installation through a subcontract with ***************** Builders, the problems persist, and the system remains faulty.The owner of the company has displayed extreme rudeness and a lack of accountability, advising me to contact another HVAC company during a warranty-covered service call. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects a disregard for customer satisfaction and service standards.I have been forced to seek assistance from another HVAC provider due to the ongoing issues and the unprofessionalism exhibited by T&M ****************************. As a customer, I feel that collective action might be necessary to address these concerns and hold the company accountable for their actions.I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that customers are not subjected to such treatment and service quality in the future.       Good evening all, I hope this message finds you well. I purchased my home in 2020. Please view all attachments (full inspection report). I contacted ***** HVAC ************** to complain about how cold my Master Bedroom was/still is. A technician came out and I was told there was nothing wrong, that since the vent is between my two bedroom windows that is why the air turns cold, and at that time the tech recommended I purchase a small heater to use in my Master Bedroom/Master Bathroom. This problem has gotten worse over time. Attached you will find pictures, taken today, that show that duct work has been tied up all this entire time (since I purchased this home). Pic 1 - is the Front Door ductwork tied off; Pic 2 - is the Master Bathroom duckwork tied off. I am notifying all who were involved with this matter and I am requesting immediate assistance to fix this issue. I am following up with ****************************** (my Realtor); Mr. ******************************* Inspector; the *********** of ***************************** the Better Business Bureau, and ***** HVAC ************** (following up again).       This company operated with a high degree of unprofessionalism during a service call. It is my belief that the owner and wife operates with incompetence, racism, and discrimination toward their customers. The wife of the owner and manager denied me services after I expressed concern for the quality of work provided by the technician. I politely agreed to the $125 diagnostic fee waiver offered by the manager, if the technician found the same issue upon repair, and presumed to schedule a follow-up appointment. It is my belief that fraudulent scamming business practices are being ensued. Their manager and customer service department was quite rude to me and demanded no free speech by blatantly hanging up in my face and denying future service. On 9/5/23, the wife of the owner denied me future services because they came out to fix a drain line and removed water from a pan on 7/27/23 and the same issue reoccurred days later. I was charged $187.25 on 7/27/23 for the repair of this service and would like a full refund since it was not repaired. My HVAC unit was either improperly installed or with outdated parts 1-year ago in a new construction home built by *************** Builder. Warranty for parts are in my right to use since *** installed it. How can I be denied services when my DRB warranty states that the parts are covered after the 1-year warranty expiration by this company? I would like a full refund for services rendered on 7/27/23 and for a technician to find the root cause of HVAC issues.

      It would only let me post if I gave stars....otherwise it would be Negative 10 stars! This is the MOST unprofessional places I have ever been to. They installed the **** and GAS lines for my 500K home. 2 months into living there we realize there is a gas leak in the gas line outside our home It had 4 leaks in 1 line. They tightened the line with hand not a tool and never put sealant on the joints. I called T and M Heating directly about taking responsibility. I was very professional when calling and the "owners wife" said to me..." we don't pay gas bills" and proceeded to try and get off the phone when I stopped and stated wait I am not done with this convo she then snapped and hung up on me. When I called back to speak to higher authority she says to me "guess what honey, I am the owners wife" and hung up again. I continued to call until I reached another employee hoping to find some professionalism in this office. After speaking with the actual owner and him having the same attitude as his wife I realized, this company is not only ran by crooks they are crooks who can not even properly install HAVC and more importantly install gas lines. BE AWARE of this company. Also, we are the 4th house in the subdivision so far that has come across this issue, luckily before any of our houses blew up! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want things done correctly and professionally.

      We purchased a new home and T&M **************************** installed the ** units (2). We have been in the home for 16 months and both ** units went out within 30 days apart. It's amazing how they both went out after our 1 year warranty went out. We was told that T&M DID NOT USE ORIGINAL PARTS ON THE ** UNITS so the units were not installed for them to last. We were not even left the paperwork to register the units if we wanted to. I'm so disappointed in this company we have spent over $4000.00 to get both our units repaired. The sad part about this after we moved into the home a few months later we had to put a request in to have them come to service one of the units I guess when the guy from T&M did a quick fix just to last until the warranty ran out. After reading reviews about this company it seem other NEW BUILD homes had the same issues we had with our ** units. This company will continue to do this to new homeowners as long as these builders continue to use this HORRIBLE company. We was told there is no doubt we will have to get BOTH units replaced within the next couple of years.I really don't know how this business could make this right but if I had a choice I would like to be compensated and get some of our money back. I feel we were ripped off

      Sorry for your issues. We here at T&M Heating & Air have been in business over ************************************************* our new homes. We do not build the equipment and only install them. I cant explain why the systems failed but they do go down and need repairing on any manufactures systems. We are truly sorry you feel this way towards us we try our best to provide the best service we can

      T and M sent out a technician March ************************************* my newly constructed home were not cooling. The individual did something and then indicated I needed to change the filter too. Now in July, after maintaining the unit and changing the filter, I am still having this problem. I was told by the builder I am out of warranty. I attempted to contact T and M. No one answered and the voice mailbox was full.
