      I'm extremely frustrated with this company's lack of accountability. In May 2024, I reported that my AC wasn't cooling to the set temperature, and they only added refrigerant. When the same issue happened again in October 2024, they said it was an AC coil leak and insisted I had to pay all the fees, despite this being a recurring ********** make matters worse, my 1-year warranty expired just last month (September 2024), and this issue should have been properly addressed before then. Instead, I was left with a $2,000 bill for repairs that should have been covered. Their failure to fix the problem under warranty is unacceptable. I wouldnt recommend this company due to their poor service and refusal to stand by their warranty.

      This letter is in regards to unprofessional mannerisms, poor workmanship, and an unfinished product at the time of closing on our home by a service provider ************ T&M. Services were provided by T&M Heating and Air located at ***********************************************Owner: Mr **** ****** Years in business 2/6/2000 (24 years) **** ********* and ****** ********* purchased a newly built home on July 14, ********************** ***********, *********. T&M was responsible for installing our **** unit in the home. At the onset of moving in on July 14, 2024, I have had concerns about the **** unit corresponding through emails spanning almost a year. My concerns were about safety of the unit as power surges and noises were coming from the units installed. DRB homes helped in assisting that T&M step up to the plate to assist with our concerns.After continuous service calls It was uncovered from an electrician not a T&M technician that the electric furnace had a big hole on the side and when the panel was opened up the power relay and fuse panel had another hole behind it as it was not closed off. In other words from passing heated air from the unit was escaping from the side hole and flopping the boards inside the unit as well. (SEE ATTACHED PICTURES) The last service call from T&M was in late March of the year of 2024. Just five months later the ** went out. Our one year warranty was up on July 14th and they basically turned the other way. When I did speak to someone explaining my case as well as I have a 9 week old daughter who is having surgery done the next week. The house was blazing hot and I as a father was asking for help. They were extremely unprofessional, rude and I didnt engage in that type of behavior so I took another avenue.I did rectify my situation but not with T&M. I simply didn't have enough characters to explain.Homeowners beware of this company!!!

      I recently purchased a BRAND NEW 500k+ home in ***********, **. The **** system was installed by ***** Heat and Air. It has been less than a week since I moved into the home and the main level ** unit stopped working. I contacted ***** to inform them that the ** was not working. The lady that answered the phone was very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, with a NASTY attitude. I explained to her of the situation and that I cannot continue to take off work for this situation. She continued to be very NASTY and rude and stated that her guys will not work pass 5pm and that they will not come out on weekends. Reminder, ******* is very HOT and HUMID during the summer months. Buyers be aware of homes whose **** systems are installed by this company. There are several bad reviews regarding the services and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't care about their customers. The UNPROFESSIONAL lady with the RUDE NASTY attitude needs to better customer service skills. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

      We bought a house less than three years ago and we have had nothing but issues. The first year their system caused ** to have ceiling damage. The most recent issue is that of needing a blower and compressor. It is ridiculous to have such poor products and a company to care nothing about its impact as they quote $350 for a blower and then $1,100 for a compressor. It is ridiculous.

      I moved into a brand new house 16 months ago and the ** unit went out. I contacted the company immediately and was told that it was not an emergency and I should call the main office first thing Monday morning (the incident occurred Saturday) I called the office on Monday, left 3 messages, and emailed them. I also called the emergency contact number and someone finally text me back after 8:00 PM.The owner was a female and very ****, nonchalant, and rude!I am very disappointed.

      My builder used this company to install my hvac system that cost $14,000. We moved in Oct 2021. In March of 2022, we had issues with a unit leaking and the ** stopped working, $600 later, an HV** company resolved, I thought. Now, its leaking again, the condenser coils are dirty and the air filter soaked. The tech said it looked like a 10 year system and its under 1 year. Im now up to $4000 in repairs to try to fix the bad install job. Horrible.
