Two expensive sports memorabilia items were stolen when we had movers help us move this past weekend. Estimated value is 1,000-1,500. These items were birthday gifts and worth sentimental value. This company should be held to pay and take responsibilityInitial Complaint

Untrustworthy. Lazy and unprofessional. 1-packing. It was obvious to me and communicated to ******* ***************** one that his crew were not experienced packers. He insisted they were. 2-Ive taken pictures of multiple broken or damaged items. Then, ************* deemed in writing that there was no claim needed. He came to my home and observed the items and promised to take care of me. When I did not hear back, I contacted him for an update and received it the following day. Of course he downplayed the repairs and low balled me so I asked him to stop. On top of that he didnt even address everything. 3-I am now engaging my insurance company to help get resolution. 4-multiple boxes (have pics) were not even fully packed. This resulted in unsubstantiated but additional storage costs to me. 5- I am requesting reimbursement for costs that should not have been incurred.Note. I still have things they moved into storage that have not been unpacked and may result in additional costs. Pic included.
