I am a returning customer. My daughters car was totaled during the hurricane in Sept and of course the insurance company wanted to offer me bottom dollar for her car. I knew that ***** was able to help me out on another vehicle so as soon as the offer came through, I told them I would be invoking my appraisal clause. I received roughly $5000 more than their original offer. If needed in the future, I will be using him again.Review from Jocelyn C

My wifes car was hit and suffered damage of $12000 to the left rear corner. After the insurance company paid for the repairs, my auto repair shop directed me to ***** ***** to obtain diminished value for her vehicle. I contacted ***** and he provided a detailed report indicating that diminished value was required. After negotiating with the insurance company, we settled for an amount that was 94% of the value ***** thought we would receive. I was truly satisfied as I was not even aware that the diminished value could be obtained. **As good as advertised** ***** and his team are amazing! They dug in and didnt take any shortcuts when it came to my diminished value claim on my brand new vehicle. I was referred to ****************************** Automotive Appraisals via the body shop that did the prestige work on my vehicle. Having some patience and getting the ball rolling ASAP are crucial when going through these types of insurance litigations. I am very happy with the outcome and the process I with through with ***** and his team. I hope to never have to need them again but if ever I do, they are on speed dial! ***** is great at what he does and seems to know everyone in the industry. Used ***** twice and both time, the process was easy and straightforward. ***** is super responsive and understands importance of quick turnaround.
