My husband and I bought a used camper from this business around the first of June 2024. We have not been able to get paperwork from them about the title tag and registration. They said its at tag office, tag office says they should have it. We are told every call the manager will call us back and never does. Now they will not answer any of our calls. We paid cash. I purchased a used ** from Super Deals RV, **************************************** on March 21st 2024. We paid cash for the ** and was told that the title would be mailed to us. To date, we have not received the title. In my past experience with the state of Georgia DMV, new titles are usually issued within two weeks of the purchase date, IF the dealer sends the old title in. I have spoken to or left a messages with the staff at this location every Monday since the second week of April and have yet to resolve this issue. Monday the 22nd of April 2024 I spoke with ******* who said that ***** the owner would sign my "package" that day and she would overnight it to us at the address we supplied.Initial Complaint

We bought a camper from Super Deals RV on February 28, 2024. Upon signing, they told us they would submit the paperwork for our tags and we could get the tags within 2-3 weeks. On March 28, I called them to check on the tags and no one responded, so I sent them a text. *******, an employee responded and said that she had not submitted the paperwork yet, but it was on her to do list for the following week (The first week of April.) I called the tag office today and they still have not received anything from Super Deals. I sent a text to ******* twice today and I called and left three messages. I was on hold for 45 minutes the last time I called and finally spoke with *******. She said they have been busy and still have not been able to send in the paperwork for the tags. I think this is very unprofessional and inconvenient. I should've read reviews about this company before we invested our money and bought our travel trailer from them. I pray that we did not get duped and hopefully the BBB can help us speed up this process. We just want to be able to enjoy our camper and have proper tags on it.Initial Complaint

I purchased an RV from this business in June 2023. I was told the title was clean. I made all payments on time. This business had my banking information and made UNAUTHORIZED payments due to lack of communication in the office. It took 8 weeks to get my title once paid off and the title shows a lein on it. The title was also filled out incorrectly resulting in having to get a bonded title which then lowers the value and costs more than a regular title change.Initial Complaint

In March of 2022, we paid Super Deals Rv a $500 deposit for a camper that we were interested in. After the deposit was paid, it was very difficult to get in touch with them. We tried for one week straight to call them and check on the status but were sent to voicemail every time. After phone calls were unsuccessful, I decided to drive for over an hour just to talk to them in person. Its as if they were shocked to see me walking through those doors. I informed the finance manager that we were no longer interested and would like our $500 back since we couldnt get anyone to communicate with us. I was told by the finance manager that the money would be sent to me within 30 days. It has now been 10 months and we still havent seen our money.
