****************. Disconnect between sales and installation. Sales said easy job but day of installation crew made 5 different excuses over the course of 3 hours about the amount of work the job would be then pulled out of contact after pulling up vinyl on particule wood flooring. They were supposed to do entire house but canceled due to one half piece of subfloor damaged at back door stating it was structurally involved, which has sense been disproven by 4 more contractors. Also confirmed the waterproof vinyl flooring i paid for what NOT what they planned on putting in. They left a sample from installation day.50 Floor Response

I wouldn't tell my enemy to use this company. They are garbage! They use contractors who use whoever they can to do the job. You don't get what you pay for! The salesman makes you feel like your getting premium experience for the price but then they bid it to contractors that you wouldn't hire. Again, garbage! They messed up my walls and did an atrocious job in the fastest manner possible. Multiple calls to the contractor and the company and my brand new house is still messed up. The salesman never responded to my calls or texts and it's been 6 weeks now.50 Floor Response

I recently had a plumber visit my home to determine where a leak was happening. The plumber cut a 1.5ft/1.5ft hole in hopes of discovering the leak. Because the bathroom had originally been a porch, the plumber said that in order to find the leak, the floor and subfloor had to come up. Since he is not a floor specialist, he advised me to find someone to take it up. I chose 50Floor to replace the vinyl plank flooring after getting quotes from two other businesses. The main reason I chose 50Floor was because the process seemed easier and more convenient. After I explained my situation to the 50Floor representative who visited my home to give me a quote, I was told the following: 50Floor would come to my home, remove the top floor and subfloor (including moving the toilet, sink, shower slab, and washer and dryer) and then leave. I could schedule the plumber to come back soon thereafter to find the leak. then I would have 50Floor come back and install the subfloor, have the plumber install a new tub where the shower is, and then 50Floor would come back and install the vinyl tile flooring I had chosen. Today, the floor installers came to my house and were planning to take up the old floor and subfloor, and install the new floor and subfloor, all today! This is not what I had agreed to. I told them what I needed and what I had been told, but they told me they couldnt take up the floor because they couldnt take out the shower. The shower is a 3x3 slab on the floor with no attached doors or fixtures, and I plan to get rid of it. I called **** from the ********* location, and he also said they couldnt take up the shower. Again, the primary reason I chose this business was for the convenience of taking up and replacing a floor while working around my plumber. WhAT I was told could be done was not possible, I was lied to. Its now falling on me to have the floor taken up. **** from ********* didnt offer me any help or solutions on the companys part.50 Floor Response

While our installers are skilled in handling floor and subfloor installations, removing certain plumbing fixtures, such as the shower, would require the assistance of a plumber to avoid any risk of damage.
