I have been dealing with this company is **** of 2020 and it is horrendous. Back story, I inherited my home when my mom passed in 2019. About 6 months after my mom passed which was **** of 2020, while I was still grieving and not in the best frame of mind, I went with the first company I could find. Moldboss popped up first. Of course they communicated great at first because they wanted my business. They stated that they would encapsulate my crawl space, remove the mold and install a dehumidifier to help with the moisture. I waited an additional month before the dehumidifier became available due to the pandemic and supply stalls. I was told that they (the company) would change out the filter for the dehumidifier, I just needed to call and set an appointment. When it came to the encapsulation of my crawlspace, Mold Boss sent one person. One person! To be able to FULLY encapsulate the crawlspace. After two hours, The one person was gone and stated that they were done. The following months when I would call Mold Boss to have them come change out the filter on the dehumidifier, I spoke to a different person every single time. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. When I tried to email the same people that I had emailed previously I would get a notification that the email was no longer live due to the fact that that person no longer worked there. Fast forward to this year, 2022, I noticed my floors are starting to sag a little bit so I start doing some research on companies that do foundation repair. I set up appointments to have companies come out to do estimates. The first company I had that came out spent four hours checking everything. When they came to talk to me the first thing that they asked me was who did your encapsulation? I told them Mold Boss. They proceeded to inform me that it was not installed correctly and that its a big factor into why my floors were sagging. ****** has ignored all of my attempts at reconciliation.
