Do not use these guys. They will steal your money and personal belongings. And when you try to call to get a reimbursement check they will send you round and round. If I could give them a 0 I would.

Logist moving Services got me good. I'm now paying over $4000, at the last minute. They, and if I don't pay, they're going to keep my property. This info was very eye opening. Thanks??

This company fraudulent, extortion. Stolen your money and all your house good. The owner should be in jail forever.

Do you want to get absolutely screwed by a moving company? Look no further!! They operate under many different names, including, but not limited to, ******** Home Relocation, Logistic Moving Services, Handle with Care, to name a few. They will STEAL from you and expect you to file a claim so they can pay you pennies for your missing property. Trash.

This company is a total rip off and had our items for 34 days. boxes opened and destroyed and items stolen. Also, because I told the owner he was worthless and more than likely does not have his green card, the owner *** threatened to come to my house and kill us. I called the police department and filed a report.

File complaint with FMCA.dot.gov. I am sincerely sorry to anyone that has ever utilized this company as I have as it is so unfortunate that they continue to be allowed to remain in business and not in jail for theft by deception/hostage goods/extortion not sure which one fits the full experience, but a little of all for sure. Everything written previously by others outlines what will likely happen to you if you utilize this company or any broker that works with them as the brokers that work with them like I used which was Hercules Moving Solutions out of ******* chose this company and they are both quite crooked. You will be ignored when you follow up on your items, gaslit, yelled at and attempt to extort thousands of dollars more out of you especially when they never deliver and then request more money later when they finally reply to you to include storage fees, redelivery and once again a higher amount due than what was written in a signed contract. Worst experience do not use them. I am not sure if these are religious people who serve God, but they have no ethics, morals or care for your items, well being, etc. they care for money and will just take your money not deliver your goods and then sell your items eventually I know they will receive what God deems as justice and it has been upsetting and sad as people can be very hateful and take full advantage of people, yet do not care as they worship money that will never satisfy their needs. I forgive them for their actions and the sadness they attempted to inflict and the money and items they stole due to not completing the job, but for anyone reading this do not use these people for any services in state or out of state moving I would suggest going with the bigger professional companies that have great ratings on Better Business Bureau as I wish I would have looked into that before using my broker as both the broker and this company have a grade of F on BBB. Also, file complaint with the FMCA.dot.gov

My items were returned to me broken, with scratches, torn etc. *** workers are unprofessional smoking weed cussing arguing fighting etc. ************ works with a broker and is part of a larger SCAM. ************ is also the same as Blue Diamond Movers... they have to keep changing their name in order to keep operating. Scam scam scam Stay away from this company. I had broken glass in my items but I didn't own anything glass.

A broker chose this company, and I've had four months of nonsense trying to get my belongings back, file for damages, and find 6 lost items.One of my lost items turned up with another customer who is **** miles away. The company says they will get it back to me, but it's been two weeks and there's no update about that.SUMMARY - Showed up 6 hours late (It was a four hour drive for the movers to my pickup location, so that means they didn't even leave their warehouse until 2 hours after they were scheduled to arrive)- Wanted payment over Venmo / CashApp which felt untrustworthy to me Scratched ALL of my furniture, Lost six boxes Didn't respond for 3 weeks when I'd asked for my truckload to be delivered Isn't accepting responsibility for the lost and damaged items / passing blame to other parties Also: Who are they?- Their address is shared with ************************************************** LLC" - Doesn't appear to have a website - Hasn't disclosed their licenses or carrier numbers - Doesn't use a company name in their emails, and has a mix of inconsistent names in their email addresses and methods of payment

For what does place charges to ruin everything youve ever owned? Youd be better off renting a 22 foot box truck and move it yourself if you need ********* a few professional. Loaders you can do all this for under $2000 instead of paying these crooks to overcharge you twice the price or you could just sell everything you have and buy new wherever you move would be way better.!!! or better yet hire a reputable mover, such as Allied *** lines?

This was the worst moving company (Logistic Services) we have ever used and the worst experience we have ever experienced and we have moved numerous times. They low-balled our initial estimate which was based on 756 Cubic Feet-$4973.78. 6 days before our move date the cubic feet was increased to **** Cubic Fee and our cost became $12,350.00. To add insult to injury the cost when they finished loading our belongings (many items were lost, damaged or soiled) went up another 25% as they claimed we had **** cubic feet of belongings. The end cost increased to $15,225.00. We have verified this to be inaccurate when the items were delivered. The more accurate cubic feet is under **** Cubic Feet. There were only 2 men that came to load our belongings. It took them over 10 hours to load our stuff and had to finish loading our storage locker the next day. They were not properly equipped to move our belongings down 3 flights of stairs and many items were damaged because of their incompetence and lack of help and equipment. They lost my bicycle and a two wheel dolly and one of the wheels to my office chair, rendering it useless. None of the items in our storage locker were notated on the Household Goods Description Inventory. We were told our belongings would arrive on 8/29; they arrived on 9/6. **************** by Value Added ********************** (the Broker) was very poor. They did not respond to calls and emails.
