On September 24, 2022 at *****am sent me a text message in writing to inform me that my offer to buy a ***************** sideboard for $400 was accepted from the owner. According to *****************, we had a meeting of minds and an expressed and implied contract, since there was an offer and acceptance of the offer, creating a binding legal contract. After several hours, the owner of Circa Antiques informed me that the ***************** furniture had already sold. The owner simply offered an apology and has refused to communicate with me since.I have written her several times with no response. She has chosen to ignore my messages and has refused to respond. This behavior is extremely rude and irresponsible, especially as the store owner and manager of the establishment. She needs to respond and offer some form of resolution since there was a breach of contract according to *****************.
