They towed my semi truck, which wasn't a problem. The problem came when I went to receive my towed vehicle from there Location ******, **. There was a lady with glasses working the office I'm the front. She completely acted like she didn't see me when I walked in. The time it took for her to release my truck was beyond the standard normal time. No there was nothing holding her up on my end of the paperwork, I believe she was being racist towards me for whatever reason. They overcharged me for their service, $870 and it wasn't even sitting in the lot for longer than 4 hours (picked up at 8:47am 3/3/22) it's no way the tow should have been more than the $750 min the listed plus tax for the service, on top of that they damaged the vehicle in the mist of towing. The repair was mediocre at best, I had to repair the repair that was made when I received my vehicle back. The nerve of them to not provide the document of work done on the vehicle is appalling, considering they have a sign posted stating they "provide a professional service and deserve to be paid". I would never recommend them for any type of towing services or otherwise. They have zero professionalism and are thieves at best. They have no customer ********************** skills and are horrible with communication with their own employees. It took at least 30mins for the front desk lady (***************************) to find someone to provide the information requested. Then she offered pictures of the damage, which could have been anyones truck, it almost seemed like she was purposely refusing to allow me to take pictures of the damage they did to my company truck, myself. That was very inconvenient and suspicious activity since I had already paid a total of over $900 to have it released from them. It should be no issue with allowing me to take pictures of their damage. ***** (Shop mechanic was not willing to cooperate with us in regards to the truck's condition, or being able to take pictures of the damage they caused in order to tow).

This person parked their tractor and trailer illegally and in an unsafe manner. So unsafe that the local police department directed us to remove it immediately and impound both units at our facility.During our work to prepare the truck for towing a bolt in the driveshaft that must be removed had been cross-threaded during a previous install broke. Our driver reported it to us immediately per company policy. There was no negligence on our part. An improperly installed bolt broke, these things happen often. There is no way to prevent it and all that matters at that point is how you decide to remedy the situation. Although we did not feel we were the cause of the broken bolt we not only decided to repair the truck, we chose to buy a brand new part which is a few hundred dollars, and replace the bolts all at our ****** repair like this doesn't occur instantaneously. You have to find the part number, call around to find one, then either wait for the parts store to deliver it or go pick it up ourselves. Again, just like choosing to install an entirely new part vs. repairing the old, we chose to expedite the repair by going to pick it up ourselves. The author of this review and her co-driver, neither of who owned the vehicle in question arrived before the repair was completed. They walked in the door with big attitudes. Our impound clerk was berated by both of them making her upset. She had to call other employees to the office because she was concerned about her safety and quite frankly, should not have to deal with people acting the way they did at her workplace. They became extremely belligerent and started calling my employee a racist apparently not knowing our employee has two bi-racial children. At this time the ******************* had to come to remove them from the property. This woman kept demanding a police report, for what I have no idea and neither did the deputy. Her claim of overcharging is completely false. She states that the fee shouldve been $750 plus tax. Im not sure where she got her info but state-regulated impound rates are $850 and towing is not a taxable service in our state. There is also an owner/lien holder search that the state requires us to do as soon as a vehicle enters our inventory which brought her to the $870 total she mentioned having to pay.We had concurrently discussed the trucks repair with the actual owner of the truck. The owner confirmed that he was quite satisfied with the way we chose to handle the repair. He as the actual owner was our primary concern with satisfaction. He apologized for the way his drivers acted and commented that they were upset and irate because they were now going to be late for their next stop. Them being caused to miss their next stop on schedule was a result of them illegally parking and being impounded and not a bolt repair. Her comment about them needing to repair the repair is highly doubtful. It was a run-of-the-mill repair for my experienced mechanics, we installed new parts, and this repair requires large, specialty sockets and an extremely powerful impact gun which I seriously doubt happened to be in their glovebox. The behavior of these two was simply deplorable. The author of this review has posted several social media posts ranting again and again about how racist our impound clerk who has two bi-racial babies is. It's an absolute shame people can't treat each other better than she is treating my employee in these posts.

Thanks for the very elaborate lie you just told. Everything that happened is on the so called baby monitor in your office. No one had any attitude with anyone until Ms. ***** got irritated by my questions. Questions like whats the managers name and you said who Isnt answering the phone? Oh ***** and ********, thanks and I proceeded to write my review in her face. I dont know who you guys think yall are but this response is false. You made a false police call twice to report us for whatever reason. Then you try to make it seem like we dont have years of experience to fix on a truck, we ding ding we do carry that power tool in our glove box, unlike yours on your car ours is much bigger. Now I have receipt of my vehicles work, to back up my statements. I, unlike you, do not need to lie to save face. I dont know why your clerks children matter, when Im only speaking on her behavior in a professional way. So to be clear, your saying that its a normal occurrence for your clerk to sit in my face, refuse to speak , then refuse to answer questions regarding the work done on the truck, then when shes done answering questions call the police to take her lunch? Is that your standard of doing business. See because this impound costs us nothing, and we had more than enough time to make our next stop. Also, Ill have my boss call back or write in this review of his own dealings with ms. *****. He was very much so, not happy with your services. Our truck isnt lacking on any maintenance, more than I can say for your non-experienced tow truck crew. Also, I dont know who this ********************* is but he sure knows a heck of a lot about ms *****s personal life to keep defending her like Im talking about her family. Nope, just her behavior in a professional setting and the company is not doing any better with stealing peoples money by false price advertising. Like you stated so boldly in the response, if you cant charge to tow, correct the darn price shown on your sign.
