I drove to This dealership with the intent to purchase a vehicle. I was successful with the purchase but the problems that came after the purchase was terrible. The first thing was the whole front suspension was damaged and it has a Certified sticker on the front windshield. When I drove the car home it seemed fine until I got to a part in the road that was a little bumpy. Then I heard all the rattles and bangs coming from the front end. The sales person said they would take care of it, when found a Certified ** dealership I was allowed to take it there. Once it got there and the work was completed the service provider couldnt get paid. I had to just about drive back to this dealership to get the money paid. I was given the run around for 5 days and finally after calling forever the money was paid. I had to really call the ** of the dealership to get someone to move. Once I got that taken care of a month later. I still did not have my tag..so I called the tax collector where I live and no paperwork was sent. I had to call again 100 times to get my paperwork resent. Once they sent the paperwork the check they sent with it did not cover all the fees for tax, title, and other expenses. I called several times and left several messages and finally someone called me back. She gave me the run around too saying she been in and out of the office for personal reasons. So I tried to explain to her how long it has been and I am afraid I will get pulled over because the temp tag is expired. She said I need to talk to her like an adult to which I am surprised because I was super calm dealing with all I have dealt with since making this purchase. She hung up on me and would not answer the phone. I still dont have my tag and they have not given me any solution of how they were going to pay the rest to which I have already been charged. I am very upset and frustrated and would never advise anyone to deal with this company. I am reaching out for help, I have ran out of options.

Loved the electronic notification that included description of suggested services including benefits of having done and pricing. I also liked that I could track the overall process of my service electronically.
