I first financed my car in May 2024 where I had to return the car 2 days later due to the check engine light coming on and it was diagnosed as the intake manifold. I was told by an employee of Bella Nissan to bring my car in for them to take a look at it . After bringing my car in , the employee told me they had the check engine light resetted for it to go off (no repairs done). After coming in for the check engine light , I was later contacted 4-5 times about my deal (which I had to sign a new deal each time ) . My check engine light ended up coming back on in July of 2024 , my car stopped driving . I contacted Bella Nissan about the situation and was told to bring it in . I took my car to the dealership where they kept my car from a Friday to a Tuesday . Check engine light was off and car was back running . Check engine light back on a month later for the intake manifold and they resetted the light again . Now September comes my car stops running and the check engine light came back on and it was diagnosed as a knock sensor or a bad engine . I called Bella Nissan where the manager of the service center told me that it was nothing that could do because my car was a *** and they were a Nissan dealership . I have been speaking with different people about the issue and nothing has been resolved . I have just been getting the runaround .

Almost 20 mts ago, my "son needed a new engine"-said Nissan tech. we had already got scammed by buying a lemon. We didn't think Nissan service also scams. Nissan tech mentioned a problem with gasket & few other reasons why a new engine would resolve check engine light & stuttering. I was hesitant because the car, 2015 altima-like ****** miles, I didn't want to put money into something that wasn't going to last. The advisor backed up tech & stated a new engine would give the car 3-5 yrs life span. They ASSURED me, despite my doubts. I paid the 5000+. YET, afterwards had engine issues & had to confront Mgr ******. Who is no longer working there. Infact they did a whole system clean up, IN/OUT! Thats how bad & crooked they were. & not even 2 yrs later, & less than ***** added miles later, the car has engine problems, again. Car is stuttering! 9/9 NEW mgr stated the engine warranty WAS NOT 3 yrs despite what we were tricked into & that they needed to do their own diagnostic for $200. we took very good care of car- ************* all (through nissan). Yet, was told water ***************** w/coolant for 1500 would resolve current ************** 842. Crazy 2 wks ago got scheduled ************* there was No issue. New mgr stated, because of the new ownership, they don't have any info on why the car needed a new engine in '22 & the other locations can't find info on the new engine AT ALL. how convenient! He even had the audacity to say, all the people were new too, but that was a lie the advisor who lied to sell the engine was there. They are all Liars. & they sold me a engine, lying about warranty, the car problem, & it's lifespan. Or they sold a defect. & Why did my report 1st state 1500 for pump but when I called to confirmed, it changed to almost 1700? Advisor-******* stated, it was because they added diagnostic. But if service is done-its taken off. & why no leaks or running hot? No pump/thermostat failure symptoms. They're still **************** don't know anything.

I sign up for extended vehicle warranty with this company on about December 2024. The customer service who led me to that told me my vehicle was out of warranty, but it was not. Me panicking about future possibilities have no choice than to sign up. I moved from ******* to **************, so I decided to cancel this warranty. I have been calling this business for past two months but anytime the reception has to transfer me to finance department. Nobody at the finance department will pick up my calls. Now I am getting calls from the credit company that I have to pay my past due or I will be taking to collections. First of I was forced to sign up for something I already have and now I want to back out of the warranty no one is answering my calls like the company is just mediocre. I
