I do not recommend this business at all. I paid them back in January to clean up my yard from the tornado we had in March of last year. They still have not completed the job. They have broken a wooden play house, water hose and water hose holder rack that attached to the house and landscaping brick. They have failed to replace the play house or the landscaping brick. They did replace the water hose with a hose that stretches (that is not like the water hose they broke) when you use it and a cheap water hose rack. Every time they would come out, they would leave the yard a mess and then we would have to wait for a month or 3 months for them to come back out. They built a sucky retaining wall and they still havent been back out to fill in the gaps, like they said they would. The first retaining wall they built fell. They buried all the broken blocks in our back yard without our permission. They had about 2-3 pallets of blocks left. They took them with them. We actually paid for that. We have sent a message asking when they were going to come back out and finish the job and we have not heard back from them.

I met with an employee of Greenscape Select around the end of April 2022. I explained to him exactly what we were looking to have completed in our backyard and provided him with pictures. I told him how important it was to have the job completed by July 4th. He called ******* the owner, and asked if the job could be completed to which he guaranteed if we paid 1/2 of the deposit, $10,000. ***** walked the yard with me and guaranteed me that Greenscape Select could do the job, he would oversee it and he would send me a quote within a few days with a 3D drawing. He sent a drawing on May 2nd with a quote due to the computer being down. I signed it the same day to what looked like the supply list, not the work asked for. Greenscape crew showed up on June 22nd. 2 dump truck loads of gravel was dumped on our side grass which was also in our neighbors yard. Completed project took 3 weeks and our backyard is a muddy mess with an unlevel 3 ft retaining wall, steps that are 12 1/2inch depth a part, no playset area, just mud! Pavers 1/4th way under deck, a half moon paver area with a round area of landscaping bricks for a fire pit that is only 7 ft from our deck. Too close to the house to use. They knocked our deck steps off foundation, hit our house, cut all the way to the meat of our tree and damaged another tree with their tractor. Dug down our foundation instead of building it up and dug away our dirt that was securing our 2 year old privacy fence. The dry river bed consists of river rocks thrown against our back fence. At least 7 landscapers that have seen pictures of this work has stated it's the worse job they've ever seen. When I asked ****** to fix it, he said he did everything that was on the signed contract. With a follow up text message "We always recommend our customers read carefully the quote that they approve that the project is completed in accordance to the document". *****, which was to oversee the project, was no longer with the company 2nd day of job.

Paid deposit for quote with this company 3/4/22. They quoted a 3-8 week lead time. I never heard anything from them. I called the first time at 7 weeks later to ensure they didnt forget about us and see if they had a date in mind for install. The lady basically said she couldnt give me a date and started with excuses of shortage of materials, rain, sod farm was wet ect ect. But never thought after 7 weeks to call us and inform us of this info! At 9 weeks I call them back and ask them about an install date. Still no date, more excuses. The lady had the owner call me bc at this point Im irritated. I had to beg for them to come out to do the install and they finally show up bc I kept calling. They dont check in, they dont prep yard for sod just lay it on your existing grass, they do a terrible job. They didnt finish so the owner called this time bc he knows Im mad. Weeks later they finally come back and finish! They messed up a spot in my yard and we call the company and the owner comes and looks at it and says they should have fixed it and not left it like that. He said they would come back in a few days after they finish another job and fix it. 3 weeks later Im calling them again and they start with excuses again.. I finally tell them to forget it and to basically not come back. The owner never tried to make it right, never offered $ back, never a sorry We spent 6,500$ on this job that the owner orig said would be a 2 day job. Ended up being a 3 month job and still never finished the job. We had to fix their mess by spending more $ and doing it ourselves. I have never been so disappointed in a hired job in my whole life. They are absolutely terrible in customer service and apparently only want your $. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!
