Today the **th, last week having described the problems that needed repair to a vehicle they haved worked on before and that needed to be towed, I scheduled a drop off. The towe cost me $105 , but when the truvk artived, the shop refused to accept it. The shop said my vehicle couldn't be started, had a flat tire and had to be pushed to park it. They just didn't have the space or the availability of the time to fix it and it needed to be returned. I objected but the shop insisted they would pay to return the truck in a couple of weeks, when they could do the repair. I protested but agreed. awhat I didn't know was that I would have to pay for another towe to get the truck home. I paid $175 for no service, interuption of my plans, and non-disclosure of the other towe fee. I have had generally good experiences at Britt's but this time, they did me wrong, and no invoice from Britt's. I only received one from *******'s towing.
