I've been having problems with the vehicle since I've had it. I was told a year ago that the parts for the vehicle was on back order and earlier this year i gave a call asking why i haven't received a call back I was told by their mechanic and was told that he has never worked on my vehicle , the owner Freddie stated to me with force that the call was going to be recorded and he stated that I owed more money that I had originally paid off on ******** **** he is holding my title hostage stating that he worked on my vehicle in which he never hasBusiness response

Mrs. ***** and her attorney contacted Taylor Brothers Auto Sales about purchasing a vehicle but was in the middle of a law suite and could not pay for the car until the settlement was reached. Out of good faith I sold Mrs. ***** the car with not payment on it for over a year. Mrs. ***** bought the vehicle used and AS IS with NO Warranty, however I agreed to help Mrs. ***** with the repairs if she had the vehicle brought to my dealership. Mrs. ***** agreed to get the vehicle to us but never did deliver the vehicle back in December. Mrs. ***** called on ******** stating that we had recorded her conversation which was false. Mrs. ***** has a balance on her account and when the balance is paid she will receive her title.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: They threaten me ******** **** STATING THAT THE CALL WAS RECORDED AND THAT IF I PAID THE BALANCE HE ASKED ME FOR WHICH WAS $3000 HE WOULD CLOSE THE FILE AND SEND MY TITLE. I WAITED ALMOST TWO YEARS FOR WORK TO BE DONE ON THE CAR WHICH WAS STATED TO ME IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITHIN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DAYS THEY WOULD CHECK THE CAR. UPON ME AND MY BELATED HUSBAND TAKING CAR SEVERAL TIMES TO DEALERSHIP HERE IT IS MY HUSBAND HAS PASSED AWAY AND YET NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE. THE OWNER FREDDIE TAYLOR STATED TO ME THAT HE WOULD FIX MY CAR BUT I TOLD HIM IT WAS TO LATE WITH IT BEING OVER THE TIME FRAME HE TOLD ME HE WOULD FIX IT. TAYLOR BROTHERS HAS HAD MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST THEM FOR THIS. I KNOW MY LAWS WHEN IT COMES TO PROPERTY AND IS IS ILLEGALLY FORCING SOMETHING AND AS I STATED MR FREDDIE TAYLOR THREATENS ME THAT CALL WAS RECORDED AND I ASKED HIM TO PROVIDE TO MY ATTORNEY. YES I DIDNT HAVE A VEHICLE DUE TO BAD CAR ACCIDENT WHICH I WASNT AT FAULT BT IF I KNEW WHAT I KNOW NOW THAT MY ATTORNEY ALSO REPRESENT MR TAYLORS AND THEY BOTH TOLD ME TO FILE COMPLAINT AND IM DOING AS SUCH. THEY NEED SOMEONE TO LOOK INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE THEY ARE GETTING OVER ON HELPLESS AND NEEDY PEOPLE KNOWING MY SITUATION CAUSING MORE STRESS I WISH I WOULD OF RECORDED HIS CALL LIKE HE STATED TO ME ON ******** ** NOW MAGICALLY HE SAYS THERE WASNT A RECORDED CALL WHICH I TOLD ALL THREE ATTORNEYS AFTER PAYING THE BALANCE OF $3000 AND THAT HE THREATENED ME I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM THEY WERE CROCKED

The Taylor Brothers Auto fraudulently took $325.00 out of my account without my authorization. When I attempted to contact the office the name Eddie was given to call to resolve issue. Eddie was very rude and attempted to rush me off the phone. I have never had any deAlings with this auto location. I just wanted my money returned to my account
