***** a repair company to come fix our fridge and freezer on 9/12. Repair man told me that he fixed our fridge and freezer. When we checked a few hours later, our fridge and freezer were not fixed. We hired another repair company and they told us that the shroud, the fan, and another part were taken from our freezer. This company charged us to come out and for a repair and instead they stole parts from our freezer.

      Business response

The customer is making unjustified accusations. The refrigerator did not work at all, the control board did not show power to start the compressor. The control board was reconfigured and the compressor started. The customer did not contact the hotline with a complaint before someone repaired the refrigerator for her. We asked to provide an invoice for a new repair, but the customer refused. The accusation of stealing the fan is unfounded, since the customer's representative was always next to the technician during the repair and there is no point in stealing, since the probability of a similar fan with a similar part number can be 1 in 1000. The work provided was completed. The amount of work is ****** dollars.

The customer complained that after turning on the dryer, the breaker protection is triggered and turns off. During diagnostics on February 22, a sagging spiral of the heating element was discovered and when heated, the spiral rests on the body, thereby causing a short circuit and the breaker turns off. The dryer heating element was replaced with a new one. On February 23rd there was a repeated call that the dryer was not working. A technician came and replaced the thermostat, which had failed, free of charge. On March 20, the customer contacted us again that the dryer did not heat up and turned off 5 minutes after starting. The technician inspected the dryer and started the cycle and everything worked for ************************************************************************* a raised voice. Technician Danylo attends a ************** and does not use rudeness in communication. We tried to contact the customer, but no one answers SMS or calls. We are ready to send another technician to check the situation and operation of the dryer.

On or about 9/15/2022, ****** a technician from Bozmanfix came to my house to look at the freezer portion of my Whirlpool refrigerator which was not closing properly. I asked him at least twice if only the rubber tubing could be replaced, and he told me that the entire freezer door had to be replaced and the cost would be $700.00. I paid him $400.00. A few days later I called a Whirlpool appliance repair store, gave them the serial number of the fridge and they told me that I only needed to replace the tubing. I went and picked up the tubing for about $147.00 and replaced it. On September 22, 2022, I called Bozmanfix and canceled their service. I was informed that they would charge me $75.00 for the service call and $25.00 for restocking of the item and would refund me $300.00 to which I agreed. To date, ****** has refused to refund me the amount owed.

Hello. I called ****** f x llc the first week of August to fix a leaking refrigerator. It took 3 service calls and 400$ before the leak was fixed. However in the process the technician broke my ice maker. It's the first week of October and my ice maker is still broken. I have called 3 times. Each time I was told someone would call me back. No one has contacted.

Customeru contacted us on August 5, 2023. There was a complaint that the refrigerator was leaking from the top. The technician diagnosed a faulty dumper. The dumper was ordered and delivered on August 19th. After this post, the customer once again addressed a similar problem, and the technician solved the problem during a second visit, which took place on September 15, 2023. On October 7, the customer called with a complaint that his Icemaker was not working. The dumper is in a part of the refrigerator and the icemaker is in another part of the unit that the technician didn't even touch. We offered repairs for a symbolic amount: the cost of spare parts and 50% of the cost of work, but the client insisted that they would do it for free. Our company analyzed the date of the last visit and the date of the customers contact with the icemakers problem, as well as the unit diagram, and refused to provide free repairs, since the problems were not related to each other.

Tech came to site to diagnose the issue. After looking he said they had to order a part and we would need to pay a deposit. We paid the deposit and he was suppose to be back that Monday. Tuesday I get a message saying that he needs a tool to complete the task and they would be back Friday. Friday i get a message saying the tech sodering iron broke and they could not do anything until the following Wednesday. Wednesday I get a message saying that they cannot help me because other stuff is wrong and the repairs would cost too much but they would refund my deposit MINUS the service call amount. I asked why I should have to pay it at all but just moved on well it is 1 month later and I still have not received my deposit and they will not even answer me.

I contacted this company to fix my fridge and was assured me that they would submit the repair through the warranty company. A Russian speaking man (had to use a phone translator appt) showed up to my house and demanded $100. Out of fear I paid him and they did not fix anything. Now they are not answering phone calls. I just want my money back and to get my fridge fixed.
