I contacted Watertight to have a door replaced. The door would no longer close and there was an obvious security problem. The woman I spoke with was extremely nice, and very empathetic She sent out a gentleman the following day who repaired the door for free. I was obviously very grateful. The woman had provided her cell number to me in case there was a problem with the door, so I called to thank her. I told her about the pipes that had burst in our house Christmas Eve, and how I wish I could find a company as responsive as Watertight to do the repairs. She said Watertight absolutely did that type of work and she would have someone contact me. I was delighted. A few days later *************************** contacted me and scheduled an ***** to come out and do an estimate. I again had to call the woman as ************ was over an hour late showing up for the ***** I was concerned I would miss a doctor's ***** I had scheduled. She called me back to say he had been setting outside my garage for over an hour talking to someone on the phone. She said she didn't know why he hadn't taken the time to call me, and if there was an additional problem she would come out and do the estimate. ************ inspected the water damage, and submitted an estimate to the insurance company. He said he had put in for new cabinets, and it would be helpful if I could help him locate the new cabinets. Not all of the cabinets were being replaced so we had to find ones that matched. I also asked if I could upgrade the countertops to procelain or quartz and pay the difference. He said he would have to check with his installer, but for me to try to locate the type of countertop I wanted and let him know. I did this, and provided ************ with the cabinet and countertop information via em, he replied and thanked me. When we later spoke on the phone he asked if they needed to come from ******, where I had located them. I told him no, I was only providing what he had asked. -continued-
