The guy who came out for the initial inspection was nice and explained things thoroughly, but for the price that I am paying, this service has been poor.First, they did not honor the price match they guaranteed because they insisted their work was superior to my other quote. Second, the barrier was laid, but the taping seemed sloppy and was already raised in spots when I did my first walk through. It is now completely open at the entrance.I have had to request a second mold treatment and STILL see spots of black mold and the scent is building again in the room above the mold.Last and most frustrating is the sump pump. There was an existing sump pump that I thought they would replace. The old one is still in the crawlspace, and their new one is not performing well. The main pump keeps shutting off and triggering the battery back up, which then proceeds to beep every 10 seconds. I have reset the pump no less than 5 times in the past 3 days, which requires going down into the crawlspace each time since I was not given access to the remote monitoring system they promised.Overall, I have not received what I paid an exorbitant amount for. Overall, I give them a C+.Things started off well. They sent out a knowledgeable guy (****) to inspect my repair. He told me the work was minor but would take 2 half-days. I sent a deposit (10% down) and was scheduled for ***** 29&30. Never got confirmation email.***** 22, an admin lady sent an email, there was a conflict and asked to reschedule for May 2. Since **** had said my work was 2 half days, her email confused me. Is she rescheduling 2 days to be ***** 30 and May 2? When I replied to her email asking for clarification, she said it was only a 1 half-day day job. I CCd **** on my reply and they agreed my job required 2 half days to complete. Also, the conflict on ***** 29 was resolved. I'm back to original schedule.***** 29 the service tech is supposed to arrive 9AM. He arrives at 11:30. Im not sure he has ever done this epoxy crack injection. He spent some time on the phone seeking guidance from others. It took him almost 6 hours to complete the work that was supposed to take 3 or 4 hours.***** 30th, hes only about 45 minutes late. Quickly verifies everything is good. As hes leaving, hands me a bill for full amount. I mentioned I already paid 10% as a deposit and he spent an hour with main office. Eventually, all is good and he departs before I had a chance to review the final work (my mistake)!He has left injection taps (about 10 or 12 of them) sticking out from my wall! I sent **** an email and he stated they should be removed. More suspicion my service tech had never done an epoxy injection. **** sets it up so the service tech to return the following week. That day comes, tech is late, I call, learn they will not be able to get to me. Reschedule for the following week. When he arrives, says this is only a 10 minute job. An hour later, hes done.Overall, nothing really went too bad during the repairs. However, when I look back at all of the numerous little issues, it does not give me any confidence in using them in the future.'58 Foundations & Waterproofing Response

58 Foundations assessed the problems that excessive rainfall had caused in my crawl space, gave me a price and a timeline for doing the work. The project manager **** was great to work with and *****************,and ***************** , and their helpers did a great job on completing the job in the time they had allowed. We had no clue what to expect when we called 58 Foundations for a leaky basement. ***** came out and inspected everything and came up with a solution that made us very happy. He explained what he found and the best way to fix it. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us a video and answered our questions. We discovered a plumbing leak and the crawl space was flooded. This had obviously been leaking for an unknown period of time due to the plumbing problem. We never had water in the crawl space before. We noticed suspicious mold substance in the rafters and knew we needed to act quickly.We contacted 58 Foundations to evaluate and quote to correct/repair all issues. They inspected and confirmed they could help and that we did have Mold and developed a price quote for the repairs and perform **************** Services. We signed the contract to move forward asap. They scheduled the work to begin in the next few days. The original contract we signed, detailed the work that needed to be done for a total contract price of $22,011.00. We were notified the afternoon before the work was to begin that they failed to include $4,694.50 in their price breakdown and sent us a revision of $26,564.57. ****************: We were told a professional crew was to perform the remediation services with proper equipment and protection. Instead, the crew there doing all the other work did it and used no protective clothing, masks, gloves or equipment. They had rags, chemicals and spray bottles. I asked about the ********* that was supposed to do this and he said they were not available so his crew did the work. Numerous areas were left undone and when I pointed those areas out, they went back in to treat the areas.Installed a steel stabilizer to replace a wooden support. After installation, the front door had gaps and was sticking and is still sticking. Many other mistakes were made during the work, that I had to bring to their attention to correct/complete.At no time has management shown interest during and after completion of the job and to this date.Upon completion, the tech asked for the check for balance due. We had written it for the balance due of $22,026.022 and he said it was too much that it was only $17,472.65. It took 4 phone conversations with his office'58 Foundations & Waterproofing Response

We had an all-around great experience with 58 Foundations. We had our basement waterproofed, a wall stabilized and mold remediated - a lot of work! But ********************* and the 58 crew gave ** the *** treatment, and we couldn't be happier with the results. There are a lot of contractors to choose from in the Atlanta Metro but 58 is top notch and I highly recommend!'58 Foundations & Waterproofing Response

My wife and I hired 58 Foundations to waterproof our basement. This is hands-down the most professional, honest home contractor I've ever worked with. The inspector very knowledgeable and detailed, he walked us through the basement and showed us where settling in the foundation was causing water to come in. He wasn't pushy and made us feel very comfortable. And then the team that did the work sealed the deal, they were respectful of our home and kept our things covered and cared for. The work took less than 3 days and now the space is dry and spotless. We're ready to add carpet and drywall. A wonderful experience and we highly recommend.'58 Foundations & Waterproofing Response
