I paid for a mini session and was told the images would be provided by two weeks. Three weeks later, we were given the viewing gallery after I promoted the photographer for a status update. It has now been six weeks since the session date, and we do not have our final images that we already paid for. The photographer has ignored my attempts to contact them over the last three weeks. No updates have been given, and I have no other way of holding the photographer accountable to finishing the contracted job.Business response

See attached proof of submissions via text as well as emails from my website to her email inbox and the dates and times where it was sent. I received multiple copies on the submission dates as I carbon copied myself. Her complaint of the time duration was because she chose a 15 minute mini session and not a full session so there is zero reason for her complaint because that is what she booked with me and that is the time duration that we spent with her and her husband on location.
