I made a deposit of $1500 for a trip to ***** late 2023 and had to cancel. Cancellation was made over 2 months before the trip. **** was notified by email. ***** called to collect the balance and she was notified as well. ***** said she would refund us but unfortunately she passed away shortly after that interaction. Several follow up emails and phone calls were sent to **** with calls going straight to voicemail and no response to emails
