I apologize for the lack of response. Kona Vacation Rentals did not handle your reservation fully. The reservation was transferred to Aloha Kona Vacation Rentals (***************************). We no longer managed the property you had rented and the owner of the property requested all reservations be transferred to the new management company. This information, and the new company information was provided to you via email on 11/26/2023 at 10:56 am HST. At that time your deposit was also transferred to **********************************.
