On July 3 I left a voicemail for Falls island tree experts using the touch *********** from their website (so I did not misdial) requesting an estimate to trim my mango tree. Very standard and ordinary. The return voice message I received back was from another Falls tree service phone number *****************. This message was profanity laced and by someone named ******** and she closed the message by calling me the n word. I have the recording if youd like to review. This level of completely unprovoked verbal harassment and racist language cannot be tolerated. I have no clue what possessed this person to say such horrible things.Business response

We are aware of the complaint
we called the customer back and explained the situation.
we had a mentally unstable child of an employee in the office that took a phone call when their parent left the office for a few minutes and we caught her on the phone leaving a message.
mage was removed from the office and had not been allowed in the facility since. Its obviously a disturbed individual who has a troubled situation.
we called the person who received the nessage and apologized for her call and the behavior of this individual. She is is not an employee and has actually been in an institution for the last few weeks.
Hopefully this will explain this anomaly and its not reflective of our business or our operations.rhank you
