I placed an order for a f**** pack from their website (over $50) in a November 20, 2023. I contacted them the last week of November but they advises I check back on or after December 9 to make a missongnoackage claim. So I contacted them again December 11, 2023 via email about never receiving the item. Between the end of November 2023 until now March 8, 2024, they say they are awaiting a 3rd party response from an insurance through Shopify to approve the missing package claim. I have not received the item I paid for nor a refund and no exact timeline on when this will be resolved.Customer response

Today. March 26 at 4pm HST, the store manager "Leimomi" from Keani Hawaii, contacted me via phone call to process a full refund in the amount of $51.84 to my Paypal account.
This issue has been resolved.
