This company was referred to me by Alibba.com which advertise numerous products for sale online On July *******, I entered into an agreement with kings auto to purchase a 2021 ****** Land Cruiser. I made a deposit of $750.00 for the vehicle strange payment made through bitcoin, with the understanding that I would receive all necessary documentation, including vin and ownership information . I was assured that I would not need to pay any additional monies until the car was delivered to me In ************. However, after receiving payment Kings Auto Center attempted to renege on the agreed terms. This is a clear breach of contract and constitutes fraud. I tried to resolve this matter amicably, but Kings Auto has refused to honor the original agreed upon terms . I am requesting your office to take immediate action to address this situation. I specifically demand that they 1)Fulfill their obligation as agreed upon. 2). Cease and desist from fraudulent activities. Please find attached supporting documentation, including original invoice I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate actions against Kings Auto fraudulent practices. Please find attached supporting documentation, including the original agreement, invoice, and other supporting documentation I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until (3o days) before seeking help from an Attorney general Please contact me at the above address or by phone (home and/or office numbers with area code).

Our company's legal and registered name is not Kings Auto Center **** The email and phone contact information is not ours. We do not have a *************************** nor a a ********************* working for us. Additionally we have not ever done any business through Alibba.com.
We have no record of doing any business with a *****************************. Additionally we have never had a 2021 ****** Land Cruiser in our inventory. I am sorry but I cannot help here.

I am rejecting this response because: The documents are originally attached and re-emphasize the invoice from their company demonstrates their liying If you need to contact alibaba.com and you could see that what Im saying is correct that car was advertised on this site and the invoice came from Kings auto center

This issue is not with my dealership. You do not have our company name. You do not have our phone number. You do not have our email address. We have never had a 2021 ****** Land Cruiser. 2021 ****** Land Cruiser's sell for $79,000.00. How could one be listed for $1100.00? That is ridiculous. We have never dealt in bitcoin.
I have never heard of the salesperson nor the sales manager you list. I have never nor will I ever list on Alibaba.I have never heard of ***************************** before this complaint and there is no ***************************** in our system.
This is obviously an imposter.
I have been in this business, in this dealership through 3 different owners, for 38 years. I am on an island that is 30 miles across. There is no way that I am going to jeopardize my reputation nor my dealerships reputation by participating in this sort of fraud.
Your issue is with someone else.
