Event and final payment on 5/7/2023.Agreed for them to sent up rented equipment for party. The equipment was not set up on time. Some of *** was not set up correctly. Some if it was not usuable.Received only 1 email response from owner offering $100 refund from a $1400 charge. No other attempts to resolve the dispute. No other communcation from business.Initial Complaint

I paid in full for a jumper pre-pandemic. They refused to give me a refund so all I was offered was a rain check. The year rain check was expiring and no parks were letting jumpers or gatherings because of the pandemic again during the second lock down. The owner only gave me the option to write a review to extend the rain check. The second rain check was coming to an end and I still couldnt get a park until the following month. I got in contact with the owner two months before the rain check ended and he said he would call me to help me get a location. I never got a call and tried calling them to get in contact with him multiple times getting the same response we are waiting for a response from the owner. This whole month Ive been calling non stop to try to get in contact about the date I had set for my sons birthday party and havent gotten a single call or email back. The week of my sons birthday party I called everyday, same response waiting on owners response so the last phone call I told them to let the owner know I was going to post on social media about this and change my previous review because he wasnt giving me the time of day. I get an email back from him three days before my sons birthday saying Normally, the validity of the raincheck is for 1 year only. Since we gave a 2-year extension for the raincheck until April 2022, and you said when we had a talk before that you will post reviews on social media, we don't have any more options for you. I already know he wouldnt have gotten back to me if I hadnt said anything so at this point I already knew they pocketed my $500 we previously paid with no intention of assisting me.
