Called for service for a bent track after a storm on 7/6. They came out on 7/7 and straightened it. After they left door immediately stopped closing all the way and would bounce back open most times. Was out of town etc and didnt get a chance to call until 7/15 to report issue. Company came back out on 7/18. It appears when they were here on 7/7 a small shelf next to one side must have been pressed enough against one side to prevent closing most of the time. They charged a second service call for something they caused.Business response

I am very sorry to hear you did this. I talked to my service Technician about what happened. ***** did not move or touch a shelf. I am sorry but we did not do as you are claiming.
We would never do that, Lie to charge you, if we had moved the shelf, it was a simple fix and we would have fixed it at no charge. We understand things can happen unintentional, but we did not do as you are claiming.
I would say this is not a refundable situation. You want to blame us, so you dont have to pay. This is just not right. Your behavior was uncalled for, at the time of
Service as well, **** did nothing wrong.
