      We bought a Montana new from Leaches. We have had the camper in to have the slide out fixed a minimum of 6 times. We picked it up Thursday. Opened the slide today. The slide that was “fixed” tore the molding off again! Their inability to make it right with this camper is astonishing! We can’t even get ir out of the shop long enough to try to sell it.

      the Montana had been brought to us several times for a kitchen slide issue. we will be sending a technician out to look at the slide. 9-18-2023 after talking to the customer sounds like slide molding had hit cabinet door handle on the way out only, did not coming back in. customer found trim laying on floor at next stop. the kitchen slide is running in and out true.

      Everything went good till the sale was made camper was not customer ready when I picked it up took 4 hrs from the time I arrived to when I left on the way home tv fell off the wall was told they would replace it they didn't. First time went to use the electric Jack's would not work the propane tanks weren't filled as promised. Called for assistance with the Jack's everyone was to busy no call back. Rubber seals came out on windows rear slide making popping noise come to find out the rear slide was assembled wrong they have had for over a month no calls nothing. Called to talk to sales person to just trade it and take my loss said they would run numbers and call back 3 weeks later still no call back

      We do have their camper here and to start with they wanted us to send it back to the factory but that would take much longer for them to fix. we do have it in our shop now but I do agree it has taken longer than we would like. Under todays time parts and many things are taking way longer than they normally should. We will have it finished in the next few days and we will be apologizing when they pick it up!

      We did not ask them to send it back to the factory, they told us and so did the factory rep that it may need to go back to the factory. We called last week and as of then it was stil not touched so id hope they dont rush the major issue of the rear slide being in upside down and its fixed properly. Some of the issues it's there for now it has been there before and issues were not resolved. We have had to contact them for updates they have made zero attempt to call us and give us any updates. Also we called talked to a salesman about just trading in this lemon of a camper on a different one, the salesmans said he'd see what they could do and guess what he never called back. Like in our original statement. In the beginning the communication and salesmanship was great until sale was complete then it became non existent. Brand new 60k dollar camper and it has had more issues that I can count. Over it. Here it is our favorite time of year to camp and guess what it's been at their shop since March 2nd. An attorney has been contacted at this point. And all the issues better be fixed that we left a list of when we dropped it off. At this point I don't even want this lemon of a camper anymore, especially knowing this is who we have to deal with for warranty issues and have nothing but a run around from the beginning about issues that arose the day we drove it home. Very frustrated at this point. Paying for a camper we can use and have had nothing but issues with.
