We hired Silent Rivers in 2019 for a project that included renovating a 600 sq ft portion of our home and adding a bathroom, building a new garage, and related exterior work. It was to be completed in March 2020 but has never been finished. We paid Silent Rivers over $400,000 for this project. A ******* was rarely onsite to oversee subcontractors, resulting in extensive problems with almost all subcontracted work. Attached is a list of the work that remains to be completed, as ****** agreed to complete it during several documented meetings and emails, with the most recent work on the project being in winter 2023.

I am rejecting this response because no clear solutions were presented. We could dispute much of the response from Silent Rivers, but at this point we just want to put this behind us. We are disappointed that this situation is ending like this. We had hoped we would be able to tell everyone of the great job ****** and Silent Rivers did. We are willing to drop the vast majority of our requested corrections in the interest of closure.Please see the attached document for the things we must have resolved in an agreed upon timeline with a firm end-date.

I have asked ****, ***** and **** to ****** on site and evaluate how to solve and manage the request. These details are highlighted within the uploaded pdf.
