Executive management has admitted to cleaning out my garage by mistake as they thought it was vacant when it wasn't. They either threw my items away by putting them on the curb or the people assigned to clean out the garage took the items home/kept them, they will not reimburse for the items they cleaned out of my garage and have called me a liar due to all the items they cleaned out of my garage,they have also tried filing through their insurance company but their insurance company would not cover these items,I also have a list of items and pictures of the items and yet they still are calling me a liar for their mistake.Business response

The dispute is not about what happened but rather the value of the items the tenant says were in the garage. We feel that we are being extorted for a much larger amount that the real value of the items. We would very much like to settle but so far have failed to reach an agreement on the price. We have three witnesses who were there and some of the items listed by the tenant were not in the garage nor were removed. The maintenance would not have thrown out anything of value and would have called the office if it didn't look like junk to them. We will be glad to settle if we can agree on a reasonable price. So far we have offered $2,500.
