I contacted ******************* about a remote control that went bad on a mini-split that was under warranty. He told me to send him a picture of the unit with the model number on it. He said that he would get another remote for the min-split. That was November 27. Since then, I have contacted him another three times, trying to get him to do what he said he would do. He refuses to respond back to me.So I went on line and decided to buy the remote myself. The remote was $60 and shipping was $24. The total was $84.79. I don't appreciate how he does business with people. From this point on, we will no longer look to him for his services, even though we have three units that are under warranty by him.
