The CertaPro group did a fine job painting the exterior of our 30 plus year old home with original "masonite" type siding. The salesman developed a detailed contract with our needs and concerns in mind, which the ******* had in hand and followed closely. I was especially pleased with the pre-paint carpentry work provided by CertaPro. We had several (more than 20) panels of siding that needed to be replaced due to swelling at the base of some of this old masonite siding....which was last painted 10 years ago. It was nice not to need to hire a separate firm to do this work. Doing so saved us the cost of a complete siding replacement at this time ....which would have cost much more than the ~$15,000 for the paint job.We had to follow up to get the old panels and debris hauled away 24 hours after the work was completed.....which is the only reason I did not give a 5. But that was a relatively minor concern as there was quick action when we indicated this last step needed to be done before payment. ****Review from Dan R

I had a great experience with CertaPro. Very friendly and professional employees. The work performance and communication was top notch. Will definitely use them again for future projects. They are starting on a co-workers home soon as well. He expressed the issues he was having with another contractor. After sharing my experience he contacted them and got his project scheduled within a week. Highly recommend CertaPro. Have my home a complete new look!!Review from Ken B

We were impressed with the results of not only the painting but also the repair of our drywall cracks and holes in the ceiling that needed filling in. The painters did a good job of cleaning up after working each day.Review from Lyn E

We were very pleased with the work Certa Pro did for us! They made it so simple. They took samples of our existing colors to the store and had them matched! They finished the work in the time estimated and even did some minor repairs to wood around window frames. Would definitely recommend them.Review from Jenni N

Unprofessional and breach of contract. They saw our walls. Said they would sand and then refused.
