              I'm very sure they paid people to give them a five-star rating. Personally, I would only give them a half-star rating. After signing up with them I had to wait months to hear from them. That was only after I reached out to them. When they finally had someone start the Installation, they couldn't complete the work in a day because they came from a faraway location. On the second day I had Surgery and wasn't at home to monitor the completion. Of course I was not happy with the work! I could go on with all the problems I had from start to finish, but I'll just say to anyone that's approached by them to read the reviews first and proceed with caution. It's definitely not worth the time, money or the headaches.

Never heard from him since. Never answered any calls that we tried to make to get ahold of him. We do not recommend him. Scammer. I would not even rate him 1 star.

              This company took a deposit check from my grand mother in October of 2023. Cashed the check in November of ********************************************* December 2023. They never called her again. She cant get them to answer the phone. I also have tried to call with no answer or call back.. as of 02/05/2024 they havent returned her money. I wouldnt trust this company. If youre going to steal from the elderly then I sure wouldnt want to trust them in my home.

              Highly recommend Platinum Showers. We did a complete renovation for our main bathroom going from a tub/shower to a walk in shower. The product used is stunning as as the workmanship they provide. The results are better than we hoped for. Working with the Platinum team was easy and professional. We are appreciative that they are local to us and not a large corporation. We will use them again in the future.

              Platinum Showers is a great company all around! Working with the owner Nate on product decisions and the sale was smooth and informative, and the installer Jay was professional, friendly, and happy to answer all my questions as I curiously checked in throughout the install. Communication with everybody was consistent and prompt from beginning to end. Jay had a welcome attention to detail throughout the process ensuring everything was exactly as it should be. Very happy with the product and even more pleased with the service and professionalism from Platinum Showers!

              I looked at many systems for my basement shower and Platinum Showers was the best price and best materials by far. Give them a call because nobody else could come close to their products and value.
