************** was referred by another contractor. I met with him in March 2022 and discussed contracting him to paint a storage business that I was purchasing. He received a $7500 deposit on June 2, 2022 and contracted to paint The Storage House Yellowstone wall, gables, storage unit doors and house roof. He took months to complete the partial work that he did. Although, I had given him a large deposit, ************** was unreliable. Eventually, he came back and asked me to purchase paint so that he could do the work. He said that he did not have money to buy paint to complete the work because he had not been paid on other jobs he had done. His work was sporadic and substandard. The house was left with overspray. The work site was left with an empty liquor bottle. I have requested a refund for incomplete work several times; however, ************** has refused.Less than $4000 of the work was completed. I would like to be refunded for incomplete work.*************************** ************** was involved in coordinating work with ************** and can verify the above account. *******************, with ***** Painting ************** was contracted to complete and redo work that I had originally hired ************** to do. He completed work in one week that it took ************** 2.5 months to do. He can attest to the substandard and incomplete work.
