      Poor ******** * ****** increase" communications in place. I canceled my membership as I no longer needed it. It was getting expensive and I had work done to my paint and they do not offer a fully touchless wash to accommodate. I tried to cancel my membership and was told that there is no refund as it was not canceled in time. I would have had to cancel it 7 days before my "bill date". I was informed that I agreed to these policies when signing up for the membership. When signing up for a member ship you are placed in a line of cars who are all waiting for a wash not an idea environment to put a customer to read their policy's and terms * conditions. They provided no documentation to me about their policy document I signed via email, text, or paper copy after I signed up. I was informed about this after it was to late and had to call in to figure it out, but I should have remembered what was on this policy document from a year or two ago when I signed up for the membership. I am also not happy in regards to how they increase prices and don't send communicate this to their customers. I was informed they do not have a "mass text/email" sender in place and they also don't send out communication as they do not have contact information for all their members. I was told that they "put up signs" to inform their customers of price increases. They have increased prices twice to me, both times I have not seen any signs displaying this information. I feel like they discreetly have this information posted as to intentionally make it more difficult for their members to find this information. Overall the membership went fine, but canceling a membership and not getting a refund for a service I will not use and the reasoning I was provided for not getting a refund was extremely poor.

      Best cat wash in *****. Absolutely the worst management in *****. Had an issue with one of their policies.Been a monthly pass owner for two years. All "manager" wanted to do was argue, would not listen to my concerns. ****, aggressive, arrogant and completely uninterested in any thing but defending her policy. I had some items in the bed of my truck that they would not accept in the wash. One was a three pound hammer,which they insisted would blow out. Well not unless it has a parachute attached. Beware they will climb into the bed of your truck, without saying a word, and proceed to remove anything they find "unacceptable". Don't advise you what they are doing, no explanation. No regard for personal property you may have in the truck bed. They just proceed to remove whatever they want. No concern for what personal items may be in the bed of my PERSONAL vehicle. All they want to do is remove what THEY want. No regard for personal vehicle or personal items in back. They just want to argue with you. I get the policy, but I do not get the liberties they take with personal property with our even advising you their intentions. Worst attitude on behalf of the "manger" I've seen in a long time. Good wash, just hope you have no contact with woman who asserts she is the manager, and there is no one in the company with higher or more authority. Pretty strong argument for better carwashes snd management that only defends a policy, without actually listening to the real issue.

      After going to Rocket since it opened. And having a vehicle with safety features in the window. The sticker they put on my windshield would not read. So, they gave me a pass on the honor system which I followed. Long story short, I got a new vehicle with the same safety equipment and they wanted to put a sticker on the window. When I told them it would not work, the manager said yes it would and was VERY condescending towards me. I sell this tech also and know it is an issue. So I had them update my vehicle in their system. I went to use it today and the manager had cancelled my membership and said I would get a refund for the unused portion (which I still do not have). They need to switch to license plate readers like their competitors. Needless to say, they will not get my business.

      The machines at rocket express did damage to my car and they havent reached back out to me. Its been 2 about months and Im just bringing this to other peoples awareness.

      4/19/23-Heads Up! Rocket Express on **************** is admittedly functioning daily with faulty equipment, while waiting for parts to come in. My ******** was damaged and actually pulled my entire gas door off of the car by their admitted faulty part. The manager told me they would cover the damage, no worries. The manager also stated that day that he was sorry as he was aware of the part that is on order is damaging some cars. Then I get a letter in the mail saying they will not cover cause the warning on site says no coverage for cars 10 years or older. Where is the sign saying we are aware we are currently running with faulty parts, your car may get damaged, use at your own risk! I can understand the warnings on damage on older cars (if they had not been running knowing they have the faulty part) however in this case the manager admitted he knew they are causing damage on some cars because of the faulty part they are continuing to run with. I went back a week later and witnessed a lady in a ****** suffer the exact same damage and they gave her the same story, they still have the part on order. The manager a week later said nothing he can do, I should pay my own deductible on my auto insurance and have it fixed... PLEASE SHARE
