I initiated an order for four ball bags via email on July 20, ********************************** process by August 16, 2023. On October 18, 2023, I followed up via email to see if the bags were being made as I had not received them yet. On November 14, 2023, I received two of the four ball buckets. The company claimed to have shipped the four buckets nested together but after checking, they were not and I only had two ball buckets. I have followed up six more times including the last time on January 29, 2024. The only response I received was on January 30, 2024 that promised the representative would call me the next day. No phone call ever came and I have not had any further contact with the company since. All I want here is to receive the other two ball bags with have been paid for on November 27, 2023.Business response
