Our experience with ************ Flooring America in ***** has been outstanding. My wife and I interviewed and visited several floor installers in the area and none are as impressive, thorough and professional as ************. We visited the store and met *********************** the Sales Manger. We gave him an idea of the material we liked and the work we needed done. ****** came to our home the next day and gave us ideas showing us samples of the vinyl flooring we wanted. He impressed us with his knowledge and patience. He took his time listening and explaining every detail of the way the work would be done. He then measured our floor and worked with us to give us the best estimate possible to stay within our budget. We agreed to let them do the work. The materials were ordered and there was a short delay due to transportation problems but they arrived at the specified time. The contract installer named ************************* arrived on schedule. The work was extensive and required carpet cutting and stretching, removing linoleum, moving the fridge and stove and preparing the floor. **** worked straight through his lunch break and stopped only to have lunch with us and continued until late. The vinyl flooring looked amazing. **** showed up early the next day and brought ******************** to do the trim work .Another contractor named *********************** did the carpet. These are hard working and knowledgeable young men that do great work. Throughout the project We kept in touch with ***** and **** two professional very friendly and customer oriented Project Coordinators. They go above and beyond to make sure the contractors are efficient and the customers are satisfied even after the project is complete. We also want to thank ***** a technician at ************ who came by twice to do some finishing touches. My wife and I are satisfied with ************ and recommend them to anyone looking for quality materials and outstanding floor installation at a reasonable cost

I ordered laminate flooring for my new house, and they were great! They're friendly and professional, and they WANT to help you find what you need- you're never an inconvenience to them. They also stored my flooring in their warehouse until I was ready to install it, as I faced significant setbacks to my building timeline along the way. I would definitely recommend ************ for flooring, and I will be using them for my countertops soon as well.

Professional knowledgeable sales to installation all done professionally! Knowledge of product and care was impressive! They were helpful with ideas that we couldnt figure out which made selecting choices much easier! All installers were professional clean and did a great job! They also checked back to make sure we were pleased with the work! We had a bubble in our carpet a month after the installation and they took care of it right away within a few days! We are very happy and would highly recommend Dillabaughs for your floors! **** was a great help!

The entire process of selecting carpet all the way through the install was a pleasant experience with ************. Sales agent ***** was extremely helpful in selecting my carpet. ***** helped me choose also. I appreciated their professionalism. Everything went smooth: Picking out carpet, through a very timely install. I would recommend them.
