  ************************* of First Class Flooring LLC contracted to provide and install LVT flooring suitable for our chiropractic clinic. As part of the flooring contract, the contractor was paid the agreed amount, as well as a trade amount. Upon installation of flooring, imperfections were discussed and Contractor said that he would come back to repair. Contractor never returned for repairs despite many requests. The contractor has redeemed his trade amount but has not come back to repair the flooring. Over the past 1-1/2 years, the contractor has been continually notified of worsening problems with the flooring ie: chipping, splitting, separating and despite many emails, letters, phone calls, certified letters, appointment accommodations, the contractor has neglected to arrange for a repair. Contact has also been made with the flooring distributor and manufacturer and none have taken responsibility for the issue. Both are saying that it is a problem that must go through the contractor to resolve, but it is our understanding that the contractor does not have a good relationship with the distributor and manufacturer. We believe that the flooring is not suitable for clinic use, or that the flooring is a manufacturing defect issue. Altogether, we need the flooring repaired or replaced with suitable flooring asap. The flooring looks to be worsening throughout the clinic and is an embarrassment to our professionalism. The contractor is not responding and therefore, we are asking for the BBB to intervene.
