All Pro advertises a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee". It is a ruse. We had All Pro out to work on our sprinkler system on 4/18. We were charged a full-service call fee of $75, plus $240 for parts and labor. They only did one-third of the work needed to be done. They left one-third through to work at a neighbor's house for the remainder of the day on 4/18. We have attempted to schedule an appointment for the remainder of the work for seven weeks. The company will not commit to a day or time to return to our home. I have brought up their so-called "100% Satisfaction Guarantee". All Pro has ignored all of my calls and emails.Business response

We discussed this issue with the client and refunded 100% of their money.
